The delivery fee will depend on the location of the client. Once you have placed an order, please make sure to either let us know of a day that would work for you for delivery, so we can transmit the information to our courier. Or to track your order with the link that will be provided by the courier. In the instance that you missed the delivery, the redelivery fees will be at your own expense.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days in The Netherlands, 2 to 4 business days in Italy, 2 to 5 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
