Istmo 2022 is produced from Carignano del Sulcis DOC grapes (as part of the special project Adopt the Vineyard of Spiaggia Grande), growing on a sandy soil, from more than 100 years, 75 and a 45 years old vineyard. The two vineyards are coltivated according to the organic methods.
Istmo 2022 was obtain with a fter a spontaneus fermentation, a maturation in still container, four rackings, one macro-filtration and bottling at La Casa di Sophia winery.
Istmo 2022 is a fresh, rounded, fruity and mineral red wine with sense of old centenarian wood of his Carignano vites.

The delivery fee will depend on the location of the client. Once you have placed an order, please make sure to either let us know of a day which would work for you for delivery, so we can transmit the information to our courier. Or to track your order with the link that will be provided by the courier. In the instance that you missed the delivery, the redelivery fees will be at your own expense.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days in The Netherlands, 2 to 4 business days in Italy, 2 to 5 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
We will only accept returns if bottles have defects. We will either send you a new bottle or refund you. To do so, please contact us at the following email address info@lacasadisophia.com with your order number as title.
In the eventuality that you did not like the wine you purchased, we will only accept returns if the bottles are unopened. Return shipping fees will be at your charge.
Our organic wine is proudly made in Sardinia, on the island of Sant’Antioco.
