Red biological Carignano wine obtained from grapes Carignano maturated on old vines that grow on clay and sandy-clay soils close to the sea. An exclusive structered and fruity red wine, with balanced acidity, tannins and minerality.
The metholody includes a spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature, crashing the grape skins with a manual grapes press made by wood (torchio), ripening for eleven months within a steel container under controlled temperature; four racking’s and during the last racking a final filtering using the cardboard macro-filtering method. This wine aged at least a year further in the bottle under controlled temperature (around 20 C).
Alcohol: Vol. 14%.
Production in 2023: 2221 bottles.
The delivery fee will depend on the location of the client. Once you have placed an order, please make sure to either let us know of a day which would work for you for delivery, so we can transmit the information to our courier. Or to track your order with the link that will be provided by the courier. In the instance that you missed the delivery, the redelivery fees will be at your own expense.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days in The Netherlands, 2 to 4 business days in Italy, 2 to 5 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
We will only accept returns if bottles have defects. We will either send you a new bottle or refund you. To do so, please contact us at the following email address info@lacasadisophia.com with your order number as title.
In the eventuality that you did not like the wine you purchased, we will only accept returns if the bottles are unopened. Return shipping fees will be at your charge.
